Grand Hotel Tiberio, Rome
Bad bad !!
I came very late to the hotel and was so tired from the trip. I check inn and came to a unclean rom. The picture can tell. I went down to the reception to tell them about the rom. I told the receptionist that this was a big mistake. The receptionist was rude and told me if I do not like to be here I could go back to my country. I told him I won’t stay at this hotel and he told me we will charge you for one day. I was so disappointed and discussed so I left without caring.

Great hotel but needs some improvements
The hotel staff was really great! Some issues that I saw or had with the hotel were that the hotel wi-fi wasn’t the greatest and it keep dropping in and out. The breakfast was good however the pastries were not flaky, you could tell they weren’t fresh. Some one blocked us in in the parking lot and we couldn’t get out and then the attendant in the evening didn’t know where the keys were put since we had to leave them with the staff in case they could move our car. He eventually found them after calling a colleague. There was maintenance going on (painting) in the hallways but they didn’t tape or block anything off so my son ended up putting his hand in paint.

Not very close to anything.
The beds are waaaaaay tooo hard!. Our friends paid the same as we did but we were put on a lower floor where the door had to be notched to be able to shut the bathroom door but our friends had a balcony. When we arrived we asked to move but they could not, the next day we asked again and they did move us. The second room didn't have a balcony but the it did have a lot of windows. Overall not really impressed. Morning breakfast was ok, glad they offered eggs and bacon but it wasn't all that great. Not close to anything, Metro, Vatican, sights.

Expensive hotel for absolutely No Service or Comfo
It is terrible. Mattress and pillows horrible. I wish I didn't have to stay here. Staff so rude and intolerant. Area is so dirty. Hotel carpet is frayed, broken mirror hangs off wall. I can't wait to get out of here.
