Not recommended for family.
Ended up getting charged twice. And had 3 other weird charges from them that they still can't explain, ended up having to call my bank to dispute the 3 charges. Coffee and breakfast was horrible. I will not be staying here again. I'd rather spend the extra and stay at the Hamptons Inn not too far away.

Convient location, older then my grandpa
This hotel looks nice from the outside, and lobby but the hallways are very dimly lit, the rooms are incrediblely small and tight. The place seem old and dingy, other then the lobby the hotel needs a major renovation, and some light bulbs!!!

The best hotel on the Connecticut Shore
The Sleep Inn & Suites is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!!!!! I have been in $200/night rooms that did not measure up to the room we stayed in. We were warmly greeted by Ann at the front desk, our check in was smooth, instructions on how to get to the room were exact & pinpoint. The room was perfect as advertised. The pool was great & the towels were easily accessible. The breakfast has hot eggs & sausage as well as many many other options to choose from. My only nit picky and its really nit picky complaint is that I like bacon, not sausage & some kind of hash browns with my breakfast. I can not say enough good things about the staff.......we asked for directions to Mystic & their directions took us to within a couple of feet of our desired destinations. I travel 30 weeks a year & I know a good hotel & staff when I see one. Plus.......when we arrived, the owner himself was painting the breakfast nook & was pleasant and engaging & asked where we had come from, what brought us to Niantic etc etc.. I know this review sounds too good to be true but believe me, as a guy who between ground & air last year traveled almost 60,000 miles, this hotel is the real deal.
