Ramada should be ashamed
The counters had hair on them, insects in the tub, floor was dirty, baseboards hadn't been cleaned for very long time, pet area was not cleaned, no pet waste bags supplied and had broken glass. Our room faced the pool and could hear people talking to early morning hours.

Terrible hotel not rated correctly. Terrible hotel
Checked in and checked room was a disaster drive to Las Vegas and slept in my car. Did not stay in the room there were crack heads and drug addicts in the hallway. Tried to get a refund. Your customer support is trying to get me a refund. Worst night of my life. Clerk at hotel was very rude and smart Alec. Slept in my car did not stay in the room.

The service was excellent along with the breakfast. Quiet night of rest and relaxation. Andrianna was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She handled everything with professionalism and great customer service. She is very well skilled in customer service.

Expecting More???
Check in was great even with the long line at 315pm, front desk handled it well with only one person. The room was clean, but had to kill 2 moths and 2 crawlers. No extra pillows or blankets and not the most comfortable beds. Shower was super hot and good pressure. I was expecting more from a Ramada, but you get what you pay for.
