About Hotel Aphrodite, Rome

Clean, comfy hotel next to Termini

Termini Station location
Slap-bang next to Termini Station, the affordable Hotel Aphrodite gives you an easy connection to Fiumicino Airport on the Leonardo Express. You're also just minutes from Termini metro stop, giving you fast access to all of Rome's blockbuster sights.

Nearby bites and sights
You'll be in a bustling, central neighborhood surrounded by stores and lots of affordable, good places to grab a bite. Soak up some ancient history at the Baths of Diocletian, and some church heritage at the imposing Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, both reachable in 10 minutes.

Chilling on the roof
Start your day with breakfast (surcharge) and espresso – a big hit with guests – and end it there with a glass of chilled Frascati while enjoying views over the city. Guests also praise the friendly multilingual staff who can help round the clock.

Warm welcome
Decorated in warm yellows and creams, the comfy and clean guestrooms come with technological essentials like free WiFi, satellite TV, and electric kettle. Not unusual for an older building in the heart of Rome, some rooms may be more compact than you're used to.

Hotel Aphrodite, Rome
Good6.0
Good hotel across from Roma Termini
This hotel was great location for our needs. We only stayed one night as it was directly across the street from Roma Termini to catch a 5:30am train to the airport in the morning. It's not a place I would stay for a long term venture in Rome. It's a safe, clean place inside, but there are many homeless encampments rested along the train station walkway, and not particularly safe at night. It's a great hotel if you need convenient access to the main Rome train terminal for other travel.

Exceptional10.0
Excellent in every way.
The Aphrodite Hotel is excellent in every way. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, comfortable, well located,(across from Termini train station and grocery store), updated and has an elevator right next to the office which is opened 24/7. There is a storage room and bathroom if you arrive before check in or have a late departure.

Excelent service and location.
Great location, right in front of Termini Station, very close to bus terminal and metro station, very convenient for traveling around the city in public transport, a lot of convenient places to eat and shop inside the Termini Station and nearby, but if your looking for low price and good food got to Via Gioberti and Via Daniel Martin close to the station, a lot of options!!

Advantageous location, Dependable hotel
Great hotel for the price we paid. Breakfast was surprisingly good. It's right next to Rome's Termini Station and about 30 minute walking distance from the Colosseum.

Clean, right next to train, bed very uncomfortable
The hotel was ok. They were nice and it was easy to check in and out. It is great for the train as it is right across the street from the Rome Termini station. That is the only reason to stay here, and the reason I did, for 1 night. The room was clean but small, and the bathroom was nice. THE BED though, was comically uncomfortable. I thought at first that they had just put sheets on the box spring, but nope, that was their excuse for a bed. I considered sleeping on the floor with some blankets and maybe I should have, it probably would have been more comfortable than the springs from the mattress digging into me. Most other places I stayed while in Italy for 3 weeks, had decent beds and were nice. This was was terrible. I would recommend you don't stay here if you want to have a good night of rest. The neighborhood is ok. Pretty busy, so there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and a very cool market/food court thing in the train station that has an excellent selection of ready made food groceries. Plus from here you can get to a lot of stuff on Rome central. But the bed is a deal breaker. Fix that, and this place would be decent, but not amazing.
