Clean, right next to train, bed very uncomfortable
The hotel was ok. They were nice and it was easy to check in and out. It is great for the train as it is right across the street from the Rome Termini station. That is the only reason to stay here, and the reason I did, for 1 night. The room was clean but small, and the bathroom was nice. THE BED though, was comically uncomfortable. I thought at first that they had just put sheets on the box spring, but nope, that was their excuse for a bed. I considered sleeping on the floor with some blankets and maybe I should have, it probably would have been more comfortable than the springs from the mattress digging into me. Most other places I stayed while in Italy for 3 weeks, had decent beds and were nice. This was was terrible. I would recommend you don't stay here if you want to have a good night of rest. The neighborhood is ok. Pretty busy, so there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and a very cool market/food court thing in the train station that has an excellent selection of ready made food groceries. Plus from here you can get to a lot of stuff on Rome central. But the bed is a deal breaker. Fix that, and this place would be decent, but not amazing.

it was a great location and I would stay there again it was right across from the train station and great eating and shopping and we were so close to a drug strore which I needed something for a headache. I got a chance to go to the post office and mail post cards it was great.

Don't Do It!!!!!!!
The room was extremely small! The bath even smaller! The shower was so small you could not move around in sufficiently to take a shower. Do NOT book this hotel. The breakfast attendants were the worst I encountered on my entire trip in Italy.(I went to Rome, Florence and Naples) I would strongly recommend anyone book this hotel. The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to the train station.

Scalded and frozen in Rome
Room was clean, shower was a disaster. Shower drained so slow that we had to stop the water after a minute and wait for the floor basin to drain to avoid a flood. Water temperature cycled from extremely hot to extremely cold with no pause in between. We had to point the shower at the wall and rinse with our hands. The front desk called for maintenance but nothing changed. One of the power outlets by the bed was shoved back into the wall. Location was very convenient for getting around the city with the metro, trains, cabs and busses right outside the building. There is a grocery store in Termini across the street. Air conditioning worked well. Room was quiet despite facing the railway station.

Not worth for a four-star hotel
This is a four-star hotel with only two-star amenities & services. The only word the hotel front desk will say to you is "sorry". I am really sorry to myself to stay in the place for three nights. The WiFi doesn't work but the front desks say they cannot do anything. The heat is turned on in November and adds couple more degrees in the room despite the 20+ degree C temperatures on the outside. Yet, the front desks won't do anything because the AC is programmed to be off in November and they have no control on the heater. The only plus side is the location of the hotel. However, please look around since there are plenty of hotels on the same street.
