Smelly
We did not even stay the night because I couldn't take the smells. From the lobby and hallway to our room. It was also clear they need to make some updates. It may be the "best" option in Cuba, but I would drive to Sullivan or Rolla in the future.

Low budget in Cuba
I stayed here for two nights because I had a trial in Steelville, MO and I did not want to commute from St. Louis. The room was clean (no carpet), the bed was comfortable and the water pressure adequate. That's all I was looking for. But this is otherwise a very rundown property. Public spaces and hall carpeting were dirty. The wood trim of the door to my room (135) was separated from the wall.

We stay at this same hotel at least twice sometimes more per year and this time the bed was extremely uncomfortable, have not had that issue before. The only other negative is the breakfast-no fruit, basically just toast or cereal. But overall service is always good.
