Large rooms and conveniently located for Disney
We vacation in Orlando several times a year as we are not far so we have stayed in many different hotels including our own timeshare which is a Windham property very Close to Disney. Needed a 3 bedroom for our group and love the extra space a timeshare rssort offers vs regular hotel. Unfortunately it was 2 rooms with a lock out . 1 had 2 bedrooms the other gave us the third so that was not as expected or advertised in the ad. The 2 bedroom had a full kitchen 2 full bathrooms very large master bedroom 2 full size beds and then the one bedroom had a kitchen at full bathroom large and a king size bedroom with a pull out sofa. Everything's quite dated they definitely need some furniture and décor updating in these units. The property well maintained and clean the pools could use some upkeep and restoration but their large pools with a lot of seating options. They do have daily activities like ice cream socials by the pool and Kids Activities and there is a putt putt course. Check in seemed a little bit longer than necessary so whatever that process is they might want upgrade down the road because it took us probably 20 minutes to check in which seems ridiculous. The property is very Close to several restaurants just down from the main road that takes you to Disney Springs and a few minute drive from the large outlet mall off of Vineland. We were going to Mickey's Halloween party at Magic Kingdom and we grabbed an Uber and it took less than 15 minutes to get there

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times with my family and had an amazing time. The last time we stayed at this hotel which was recently there was a roach in our room. We called the front desk immediately and was able to change rooms. Other than that our stay was still amazing and staff is amazing.
