Very satisfied with my stay
Located in a good location. Hotel room was nice and clean with a large balcony with partial ocean view. Can’t beat the value for the price.

Dirty Room. Unsanitary for kids
The overall cleanliness of our room was unacceptable especially since we were travelling with our kids. The room is noisy and flooded with outside light at night. The view or lack of consist of other hotels maintenance floors. Bed Skirt was dirty and moldy, curtains were torn and sun worn with holes and water stained. the shower was clogged with the previous guest dirty hair, which i had to pull out. The shower was also rusted and dirty, did not feel safe showering my kids. While staying there my son came down with a fever the 2nd night and a stomach virus. pretty sure due to unsanitary conditions of this place. Upon checking in we were told, without us asking that we were being upgraded to a larger room. And that we were going to enjoy it. In retrospect that seems like we were purposely given the room to deal with these horrible conditions. I brought all these concerns up to management the moment we checked in. They offered to change the bed sheets which they did but did not address the bed skirt that was the problem, the curtains, the shower oh and hair in the fridge as well. Hope you guys enjoy the pictures because we certainly did not enjoy the hotel.

Didn’t enjoy it much but made the best of it. I wanted a queen size bed and ended up with two single size bed on my 20th Anniversary. I was told because was last minute and that’s the best she could do ?! I paid for it online and it said it was available?! I caught the shuttle around and at the end of the day got stuck waiting for a shuttle about one hour after our Anniversary dinner.

BEWARE! Full review on Yelp!
Do NOT stay here! I stayed for five days, and here’s how it went: 1.) The parking garage charged an extra $120, and there is not enough parking to accommodate all of the rooms. There is also a tow truck driving through it to tow any car that even TOUCHES a white line or any car that doesn’t have its parking permit taped exactly - and I emphasize “exactly” - on the lower corner of the driver’s side window, right side up. They also make you check in and out every time you enter and exit with some type of parking security, which is a joke considering that you still have to worry about your things getting stolen. 2.) The check in time is at 3 pm, which is already later than I have EVER heard of; however, I saw some people check in early, so I tried to also. The previous guests checked out of my room at 12 pm, and I showed up at 1. The people at the front desk told me that my room wasn’t ready yet, so I checked back in with them at 2. They then told me to come back at 2:30. When I came back at 2:30, my room still wasn’t ready; so finally at 3, the people at the front desk gave me my room key. However, when I got to my room; the maids were STILL there! So, I had to wait an extra 15 minutes because evidently, three hours isn’t long enough to turn over a room. 3.) The “resort” fee. LOL. I’m running out of room, so I’ll make this short and sweet. I was charged $154 for a hotel pool and coffee in my room. I paid $880 to stay in a hotel that sucks balls.

Convenient location, nice staff
Great location in Waikiki and walkable to just about anything near the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful, and we always came back to a clean room even when we left later in the day. Parking garage is small and expensive, but parking always is there. Great rooftop pool!
