condos need serious maint. updates! water heaters that do the job! professional fit and finish on interior and exterior of condos and buildings!

The condo was dated and not very impressive, but for a family that is just basically using it to sleep, it was a lot of space and cheap. The staff was pleasant. There is a fully equipped kitchen so we stopped at the grocery store for breakfast items, snacks, and drinks. The 2 bedroom had a king master with a deep tub/shower. This would not be good for older people to get in and out of. The 2nd bedroom had a regular sized tub/shower, a small refrigerator, a tiny stove, and tiny microwave. This was a separate studio that adjoined the larger condo. The studio has an odd screened patio area that is at the front walkway where everyone walks past. The living area had a screened in lanai that with a ceiling fan. It was a little dirty out there, but not terrible. Everything in the room was dated, but it was okay for a family.

The resort is very well kept and in great condition. Rooms are very nice, up to date, clean and have every thing you could want or ask for. The only problem was the level of noise this stay, after 4 years in a row this same week in November for some reason the rooms next to us or above us were very loud and noisy, thus hard to relax sometimes, never happened before until now. Other then the loud noises of other guests or maintenance or whatever it was our stay was wonderful as usual. The rooms are outstanding.

Pros: great location, bed and couch were very comfortable, indoor pool open til midnight, DVD player in room w/ dvd’s available to rent, kitchen provided basic utensils and pans. Cons: suites are the lockout of another room so your just separted by a door and can hear all conversations, porch light don’t turn off so can see through blinds, layout can be confusing since it shares road with another condo and houses, my phone service has bad reception. Resort fee should be added to price of room not a separate payment. Tip. Just say “no” for the free gift they offer when checking in. It’s a cheap mass produced item and they try to convince you to go to a 4 hour long timeshare presentation.
