Need of a a Remodel, not worth high prices
The property grounds were very beautiful and well kept, but to me that was the only thing "fabulous" about this resort. The pool is very small for the size of the hotel and felt crowded to me, the deck grounds were also small. While the room was very clean, it is very "dated" and in need of an update badly. I would normally not care so much, but the cost I spent on this room did not match the outdated decor of the room. The balcony/ lanai was very large and in good shape. The local area I am neutral on, as you could not walk to a beach and the closest restaurant / stores were also a bit of a distance to walk. However; if you have a car everything is a very convenient distance. If you were to get this hotel on a very good deal, than maybe worth it, I will not be back unless it is half of what I paid for the night.

Pleasant place.
We like staying at Park shore and have stayed several times but it is showing its age. We had a hard time regulating showers and finally gave up on using their laundromat. You had to download apps etc and we never did get it to work. Lovely grounds. Great veranda when weather permits. It rained the entire time we were there.

Great value for the location
The room has older finishes and shows some age. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, full size, refrigerator and dishwasher along with cookware, dishes, and a coffee maker. the door to the balcony lacks a screen so during bug season you would not want to leave the patio door open. Heat and air worked fine. The staff was pleasant.
