Firstly, I booked the property because it had a washed and dryer and kitchen. Unfortunately, the washer did not work well. We reported it multiple times and had multiple employees up in our room only to tell us everything was fine. It wasn’t. We had to run the washer 3-4 cycles for each load before it would actually drain and unlock our clothes. Not optimal when you are literally zipping up your suitcases for the airport and your clothes are in a washer filled with water and lid locked. Also, there is a massive abandoned truck steps from our parking, right across the steeet with an entire homeless camp and active selling/usage of drugs, clearly visible from the main road and to our children. The convenience store right next door was also a homeless camp. Aggressively approaching us and asking my daughter for the bananas she just bought. Nice that our elevator/pool/stairwell required key access bc I would have felt really uneasy staying here with our kids otherwise. But wonderful view from the pool and balconies and a treat to sleep every night listening to the waves. Sadly, I don’t think we’ll be back because of the crime activity in the area and safety concerns.
