NO AC / Rude Staff
The AC system was freezing up and since we are in that type of business, we told them that it was low on refrigerant. They said that they would send the Engineering department out to check it. a few minutes later the man shows up without ANY TOOLS, or Gauges to check the refrigerant. Through broken English he told us that a HVAC guy would come later in the day to check it. Nobody ever came.. We went two days with no AC. Then 5am the morning of check-out we asked if we could pay extra to check out late. We were up all night and had to have my daughter at the airport at 430am. They said NO all the "spots were full" to check out late. We asked what time is checkout (expecting 11am-12pm) and they informed us it was 10am. (WHAT?.. never heard of such a early checkout) at 10:05 the maid was banging on the door making sure we were leaving. I told the front desk clerk that I felt that this was kind of rude and we were leaving 1005am, but still.. they would have waited until 10:15am to make an issue. None the less she was rude to, I will NEVER EVER EVER stay at another Diamond Resort as long as I am alive.

week day stay
The grounds, buildings, pool areas, fitness center are all attractive. Shaded parking area. Furnishings, beds, and lines are comfortable. Location is near the Strip and far away enough to be quiet. The carpets need to be cleaned and liter is a bit of a problem . Don't bother with the concierge; they are only interested in selling time shares.

Vacation with a friend
Fairly easy to get to the Las Vegas strip using side roads to avoid the major traffic jams. Resort is very nice, 2 really nice pools. One strictly for adults. Condo was large, well equiped. We were very close to the pool which, for us, was a plus. Security was great. You needed a card to get in the gate, & the pool area & the business center plus your room. We stayed for a week & housekeeping was only once a week. Yes, if you asked you would get fresh towels each day. Staff was very accommodating. The only thing negative thing was the floors. The carpet was really dirty. I told the front desk when we were leaving and was told it would be taken care of immediately. I would stay there again.

Now this is a resort
The condo was so spacious it felt like we were home in our own spaces. My family was very comfortable.. The property was gated and the surrounding area was quiet.. The condo appeared to be new or newly renovated..

Loved the Accommodations! Would happily Return!
Last minute find and very happy I found it! Had to attend a certification class and take a test at the end of the three days, so decided to stay off the strip and in a place that would let me stay in comfort and study. This place was perfect for that! Front Desk help was excellent in getting me checked in ... and when I got to the room, was pleased to find that it was a large, 2 bedroom unit with ensuite baths, living room, kitchen, dining area and laundry room ... all at a great price. I was wishing I had my wife and kids with me as we never find places this nice, at this price when we travel as a family. Lots of restaurants nearby, plenty of parking and easy to get anywhere made it a good choice for me for what I needed to do. I can't comment about getting to the Strip from this locations as this was a boring work/study trip this time, but it looked close by.
