Great Value
Rooms are beautifully decorated, very modern but keeping with it's historical charm. Hotel is conveniently located near a Duval Loop bus stop which is nice since there isn't any parking at hotel so plan on parking your car on street and not moving it until you check out. Hotel is located off busy Eaton Street so it can get a little loud. Overall the stay was nice and I would stay again. Only serious complaint however was our room floor needed a good cleaning. Couldn't go barefoot it was that bad.

Too noisy
The room itself was just OK for what we paid. I think the bathroom could have been updated and the room could have had more functionality. As for the location it was ok...a little far from everything but it was in a quiet neighborhood. They also had a pool which was nice but there was no where to lay out. They only had these modern looking chairs that looked a little out of place. But our biggest complaint was the noise at night. We could hear the people to the side, behind and upstairs. It was so bad that we woke up from a phone vibrating from the couple upstairs. Everything sounded like it was happening in our room. Probably the worst I've ever experienced.
