Desk Clerk was very friendly and helpful. Had to change from first assigned room because of television not working. The second room was clean , comfortable ,and things worked. The elevator was not working at check out time. Had to walk down five flights of stairs. Had to dodge water falling from root in several areas.

Sorry but this place looks dirty. When I went into the room there was orange juice all over the floor. I cleaned it myself so I didn't have to get another room. I doubt there is any kind of quality control after cleanups to make sure all is Covid clean.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! You’ll think with COVID goin on they’ll be sure that every room is cleaned to perfection and lines up with health guidelines! However they failed to do that luckily I checked my room before my stay. Shockingly I found blood splattered stains on my pillows!!

Been coming here at least once a month. Staff is kind and quick to respond. Sometimes the rooms have damages in them when I arrive but as long as you let the lobby know they won’t hold it against you or they’ll switch you to another room. Overall a good location, plenty of restaurants around, a mall, and so on.

Only one elevator was a inconvenience. No microwave or refrigerator also a inconvenience. The only hotel I've ever stayed at that did not have both in the room

Weekend stay
Neighbors outside along hallway were loud and obnoxious at late hours. The bedding had a musty or stale smell to it. I even washed the pillowcases, and the pillows still stunk. The staff tho at the front desk were ALWAYS helpful and polite.

Very bad experience. Hotel staff had a bad attitude from the moment i walked in the door. They put me in a room that had water leaking from the ceiling and then switch me to another room that seemed like it was supposed to be out of service as well because it was filthy. I honestly didn’t want to stay there at all but it was so late i just settled in yo fall asleep. Never again
