This resort was so relaxing at this time of year and the views are spectacular. Our waterfront room was kept so clean and the ambience was so calming and peaceful. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating to our family of 5… the 5th family member being our little pup! So happy they are pet friendly! We’re planning our next visit back… so fun!

Beautifully secluded, perfect for families. The beds are very uncomfortable though maybe new mattresses won’t be bad. Because everything els is so nice that is the only unfortunate thing .

We woke up to the low battery for the fire alarm going off at 3am. We called the front desk and no one answered so finally walked over to the front desk which was empty. We found a security guard walking the grounds who told us that he was the only one at the property and no one would be at the front desk till the morning. The operator who is located remotely finally answered after several attempts and told us the security would bring us battery replacements but never did. We requested for another room to sleep since it was hard to fall asleep with the alarms going off and unfortunately because they were at full capacity, they could not move us to another room. Needless to say, we did not get any sleep. We were given the manager’s number to complaint but after many phone call and leaving 2 voicemails, he has yet to return our call.
