Very Good
Nice hotel, near plenty of shopping.
Nice hotel. Despite the proximity to three major roads, it was really quiet.

Really came through for us when we were in a pinch
Overall this was a very positive experience. I was pretty desperately trying to find a hotel room for my family after a Nor'easter knocked out power, heat and water to my mom and stepdad's house, as it did to literally thousands of other homes in the area. Hotels were at a premium and we were lucky enough to find a couple of rooms at this one. As a result of the sudden influx of families into a hotel that's really designed for overnight business travelers, the staff was stretched pretty thin, and performance suffered a bit -- BUT -- given the conditions they did just fine, and managed to accommodate a lot of very tired, nervous and frustrated customers. A for effort.

Good
Bathroom needs updating
The room was in clean condition but the bathroom was a bit worn out. The toilet seat was cleaned but had a crusty residue on it. The shower head was fixed and didn’t adjust much, and after a shower the water leaked onto the floor even though the shower curtain was moved and shower head was tilted up.

Exceptional
We had a great stay
Check out is 12:00 pm!! Beds were really comfortable and place was extremely clean. There was an alarm clock that had extra sockets and USB ports on the table between the beds that I need to get for my nightstand at home. There was also a self-serve restaurant and a bar in the lobby as well as a small kiosk for drinks, snacks and forgotten essentials. It is also conveniently located next to a huge mall and around the corner from a huge 6-lane divided road that had stores and restaurants for miles. That main road was crammed with traffic all day Saturday, so just beware if you’re traveling over the weekend.
