We stayed in room 101 at the very bottom of the hotel and it is very noisy all night. We could hear every car, truck and bus that passed near the hotel and the staff was up late just outside our door and talking loudly. The hairdryer was missing from our room and no staff member was able to find another for us to use. The bed was comfortable. I do want to point out one staff member, James, went above and beyond and should get a raise for saving what otherwise would have been a a much worse overnight stay.

Good value for the $. We wanted a short overnight stay next to the JFK airport with free airport shuttle and free breakfast. We got those amenities, and the property was clean enough. But the AC in the room was barely functional and the room felt really stuffy. Also, the roof above the toilet seat started leaking thru a crack up there (in small drops).
