Disappointing
This used to be a very good hotel. However, the hotel seems to have aged. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was cold, due to the heating not being powerful enough. Breakfast was average. On the plus side, staff are charming, friendly and extremely helpful in terms of restaurant recommendations and directions in Strasbourg. Won’t stay again though.
