    Very Good8.0
Very wonderful resort with beautiful views. The staff was very helpful and friendly. WiFi worked everywhere even on he beach! My only complaint would be the toilet/shower area appeared dirty and old. The toilet/shower area is also small. I would recommend it or stay again if we’re back in Thailand!

    Overpriced Island Prison
We stayed as a group of 3 in one of the "beachside bungalows." We originally booked 2 nights without realizing how isolated and EXPENSIVE this place was. We decided to leave the island as early as possible after the first night on the morning ferry that goes to Tonsai Bay. Frankly, it felt like we were getting scammed at every corner right from the beginning. Getting to the resort is a mess. There is NO convenient way of getting there without spending alot of cash. It's apparently only accessible by boat, and thus had to drop 1200 baht to get there via 40 minute longtail boat ride. This was not easy on the stomachs. Once we got there we found out that there was no easy way to get back to Tonsai Bay other than another expensive longtail boat ride back. Making it worse was the fact that the pools close at 7 pm and don't open until 9 am, which is absolutely absurd. There are no cheap options for food nearby so we were stuck eating at their overpriced and mediocre buffet. We were "upgraded" to a "sea view" bungalow, but of course the view was masked by palm trees. The room smelled funky and the AC didn't work well. The beach isn't even all that nice, with broken seashells and pebbles everywhere that are rough on the bare soles. This was easily our worst and most regrettable stay in Thailand. It may be a nice resort for honeymooners or families looking to get away from it all, but for a group of friends looking to enjoy what Thailand has to offer, this felt like prison.

    Should improve the transportation.
Transportation from( the marina) to the hotel was catastrophic for us(family with 2kids). I booked a private tour in speed boat with towels and drinkable water, however when we are on board the captain told us that there is neither towels nor water. I booked for the return to Phukit a shatter speed boat for two adults and one kid but on board my son had no seat! Inside the Bangalo the alarm and shower douche were broken. Food was delicious, employees were very friendly. Location was amazing.

Great secluded resort with amazing beaches
The hotel is on a private stretch of beach on the northeast side of the island. It's beach is pristine and the snorkeling just off the beach at waist-high water was amazing. We booked a 4 hour tour to Phi Phi Le and had an amazing time too. The buffet at the hotel was very good and they have a little convenience store where you can get essentials since you aren't near the main town/pier. Be prepared to fork up some money for the airport transfer with speedboat service to the hotel because taking the ferry over is way too inefficient. You save about 4 hours each way by taking the speedboat, and believe me.... you want that extra 4 hours of relaxation at the resort if you can get it.

    Good but overpriced
Overall the trip was good and breakfast buffet is great if included with your room. Everything else is very overpriced. 70 baht for a bottle of water at dinner when they are free in your room. They have a happy hour but didn’t let us know it was only for selected drinks. If you go, be sure to go off the resort down to the Jasmine Restaurant. They have great food and great prices. There is also a Massage place that charges half the prices as the holiday inn
