Good, small, boutique hotel.
Tony the manager was great. I would have never met him had we not had a pretty decent sized hiccup at the hotel. I won't go into it as it will be a moot point for other travelers at this time. Point is, he fixed it with few questions asked. The hotel is under construction and that's life. It didn't affect our stay, although one of the parking lots was looking a tad dangerous and messy to walk through. One employee, who seems to work only in the mornings (an older, shorter lady) is rude and difficult. She should be avoided at all costs. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. Unless you want to become frustrated and get a bad impression of the hotel, don't deal with her. If you need something other than simple keys or check in, Wait for the next shift after her. Other than her, the staff - both front desk, cleaning and management - were great. It's a smaller hotel in a decent area (just don't walk down Gearny) within walking distance to many sites and restaurants. Every Lyft we took was $7-$9 to or from the hotel. The showers are beautiful. The beds are what I like to call 'short stay comfy.' It's a good place to stay if you are given a decent rate.

Great location, close to city and tour.
Very clean and comfort place to stay. The renovation room was modern and clean. Location was in the middle of it all. All within a bus ride or walking distance. Everything was just perfect except WiFi was bad. Couldn’t get connection at all. Keep dropping off.

Good hotel, good location
Hotel room was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was decent. Hotel was going through some remodeling, but I would still definitely stay here again.

Don’t judge a book by its cover
They are still renovating, so the lobby and exterior looks really janky. But once I entered my room, I was pleasantly surprised! Super clean and modern looking.
