The hotel itself was nice and the staff was great. It seemed like it was kept up with. However, the night we stayed the trash cans outside were over ran with stinky garbage, the hallways had trash and garbage on the ground and the main comforter was so dirty it was grey. It looked like it hadnt been washed in forever. The thinner sheets looked clean and bright white si we had to remove the thicker layer to sleep comfortably. I dont know if the staff couldnt keep up with a busy weekend or what happened.

Tucson,AZ Home2Suites Review
The Home2Suites in Tucson AZ had subpar service at the front desk. I was supposed to get a call from the front desk when an early-check-in room was ready and never received a call. It happened again with my second room that I reserved-again no call. When I called the front desk to see if a room was ready, it was. The room was the not the cleanest. The bedding has a large amount of loose lint. The kitchenette has everything but a stove. It’s very shard to shower as the space is so small that you have to put your face against the shampoo bottle on the wall to let the water hit you just right. The premises are dog friendly but WITHOUT grassy areas friendly to dogs-only rocks everywhere. Fake grass would make the hotel truly friendly to pets. The entrance to the hotel remained very dusty and full of leaves for the time we were there. No cleaning seemed to take place for that area. Lastly, although a small detail, the staff wouldn’t bother to upkeep the 24-Hr coffee available in the lobby. The regular coffee was empty quite often despite the staff knowing they claim it’s 24-hr coffee for customers. The room itself was just okay. Like i said, full kitchen but no stove. That makes ZERO sense. Not enough pillows either.
