Not very good for $65
Carpet was very dirty. Check in person very unfriendly. The $15 parking was not mention during the reservation

Perfect place for insomniacs on a Friday night
Staff was fantastic. Hands down, love them - very serious. One of the best customer service experiences at the Falls. And that's all that was great about this trip. Hotel - needs refurbished, BADLY. Beds weren't exactly stable (springs shot), heard the neighbors (twice, which explains the springs in my bed) through the wall and all of that was over the tone deaf kareoke guy that was blasting throughout the Hill. The smell in the room was part vape, part mold, part Fabreze I'm sure. Bathroom was very dated (mid-80's?) and I'm pretty sure the light switches were up to code when Edison created a light bulb. Thankfully no shag carpet, but I would still break out the shower flip flops, just to be on the safe side. It is a very dated hotel, but the worst part... I left early. So very disappointed, I left and drove 3 hours to nap at a rest stop in NY in my car. That was an improvement. If you are 20 years old, rock and roll all night, then party every day - this is your place! Those of us who understand the last part of that sentence - this is not the place for you. Seek rooms elsewhere.

great location
it was ok. parking was 15 a night and if you wanted a fridge it was also 15 and the same with the microwave. There wasn't anyone at the front desk very often if you needed something you had to call the travelodge down the road. The breakfast is at the adjacent restaurant with a 3 dollar off coupon. Room was clean and staff was very friendly and they all spoke English. The karaoke in the parking lot was very loud we were in the room with ear plugs and we were still awake at 2 am. They have you initial upon check-in that you know about the karaoke. I would still recommend this hotel it was with-in walking distance to the falls.
