The room was clean and we just needed a place to sleep. The hallway had a bad odor but the room smelled good.

My room was very dirty.
First time I was extremely disappointed with this location. The room was dirty. No clean towels were in the bathroom and there was a dirty wash cloth on the shower curtain. And to top it off no toilet paper. However once I mentioned it to the front desk they brough me what I needed. So I give them credit for that.

Pay extra $10 and go somewhere else!
Horrible room and the front desk read all of my personal information out loud including my room number. No hotel should be doing that anymore. It felt unsafe plus the added bonus of her announcing my room info.

From bad to worse
Even though we booked through Hotels.com the hotel canceled our reservation and gave our room away. We waited in the lobby for over an hour after working a long day and finally after midnight they put us in a one bed room, we paid a two bed room, one bed rooms are cheaper, no offer was made to reimburse us for the difference. They gave us no cot or anything and the guy I work with had to sleep on the floor and get up and go back to work again the next day. There were no apologies for giving away our room.
