About this home
Detached gite completely renovated and fitted out in an old agricultural barn, 1.5 ha of land with pond and fishing on site. Located in a very quiet hamlet, you can travel between the Orléans forest and the canal, in the Loire Valley to discover all the Loiret activities (golf, cycling...). Fruit/asparagus producer and fruit and vegetable store on the farm, order possible. FISHING on the spot in No Kill: pond of 5000 m2 to 50 m of the lodging. Roach, carp, tench. Attention: For the pond, it is not operational at the moment, probable reopening summer 2022, but a second pond, located 300m from the cottage, is available for fishing in a quiet place. Ground floor: large living room with bay window onto wooded area, open kitchen, lounge area, linen room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room and separate wc. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (3 single beds), 1 bedr. (1 double bed, 1 single bed), shower room and separate toilet. Mezzanine with reading corner. Wood stove. Solar heater. Baby kit on request. Wi-Fi internet. Fiber on site. Heating included. Sheets provided and beds made on arrival.

Fijn huisje in rustige omgeving
Het was een proper en fijn vakantiehuisje in een rustige omgeving gevuld met zonnebloemen. Wij waren met zes personen en daar was het huisje net groot genoeg voor. Heel fijne eigenaars waar makkelijk mee te communiceren viel. Ik zou het aanraden.
