Best place in town
Beautiful resort with great views and amenities! We had a great experience here. The restaurant staff is all super kind and the walkway around the hotel is such a gorgeous walk with tons of wild elk.

Poor Service
They did not have the right room for us when checking in. Needed to upgrade to get a lake view. They say they have a fitnesses center and it's open but it is still under construction. A lot of bait and switch. At check out the front desk manager did not even say thank you. I'll never stay there again.

Great stay in Estes!
The resort was great with wonderful amenities, comfortable and spacious rooms, and great proximity to the town. We also enjoyed dining at the Dunraven. Great service and great location. We will be staying here again in the futue.

Very nice and knowledgeable hotel staff (Stormy) Excellent location to everything Room ok, Liked sink outside of bathroom however “ridge view” was not a view. more like a peak, especially if room close to entrance. You have to look over the long, green entrance roof. Front desk staff offered a room upgrade of lake/mountains for small fee. Pool still closed which should be re-assessed.

Beautiful view from our room, restaurant very nice. We were very disappointed that there was not a hot tub. We had seen a picture of a hot tub on a brochure for the property. With a name including Resort, why would there not be a hot tub. Our vacation was suppose the be for relaxation in a spa atmosphere. Obviously, we chose the wrong property to stay at. Other than having a great view, I would not recommend the "resort" to anyone.
