Shipping container valley "view"
Front desk older gentleman was rude. Didn't ask how our stay was when checking out. Paid hundreds of dollars for a king suite and specifically asked to be placed in a room that overlooks the actual hills and valley. Instead, they put us on the second floor with our view being trees and a giant shipping container with old furniture around it and garbage. When expressing our frustrations to the man working the front desk, he never apologized or offered any discounts. Because of his lack of empathy to his guests we will never go back and spend our money in this hotel. It's not my problem the hotel was having renovations done but yet I still had to spend over $300 a night for a suite to look at that garbage. The new furniture in the rooms were very very stiff and uncomfortable.
