Nice hotel for a short stay. Clean place, friendly staff, good location. Room ok, bathroom with uncomfortable sink during use, no active ventilation. Room heated up early morning. Should have AC.

We enjoyed our stay here during a road trip across Mexico. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool and outdoor area looked very nice but it was raining the day we stayed. There were tons of restaurants within a couple blocks that looked great but we took a 10 minute Uber ride to el centro for dinner. Also, secured parking!

Lukewarm review.
Most of the staff were amazing, however, I had 2 reception people who not very helpful and seemed to be annoyed if I asked for anything.. such as running warm water or simple things as extra towels. I stayed at this hotel in 2017 and had a wonderful experience. We stayed in the bigger rooms back then, however. This time I decided to stay in the smaller rooms, expecting the same service and hospitality. The smaller rooms had very old towels (some with holes in them), the water in the shower was barely coming out due to all the grime that was on it. It was replaced after 2 days asking for it to be looked at. The water is barely lukewarm when taking a shower. My sister had a room across from me and she was having the same issues with her shower. The room was cleaned every day and that was amazing. They did a great job. I really wish I could have had a better review to write about this hotel!!! But having warm water for your guest is a MUST. Having nice towels is important. Rooms were also cold, had to ask for extra blankets.
