HORRIBLE!!!
Horrible!. Card was charged twice only refunded once, didnt make it right. Room was dirty, broken lock, no smoke detector, broken screen on window, toilet ran nonstop, pool was green(didnt mention it was not usable). Beds were rock hard. Had to buy air mattresses just to sleep. Very disappointed!

The room had a stench to it. The electric switch plate cover in the bathroom was missing and the outside of the toilet and lid was dirty. it had black smudges on it which was difficult to clean, but I managed (after reporting it to the front desk clerk, he said that he would notation of it, but don’t offer to fix the problem). The ironing board was broken, so I didn’t use it. Beer cans were left on the stairs going up to the floor i was staying on. Wouldn’t go back.

The room smelled strongly of smoke even though it was a “non-smoking room. Stuff was falling apart. Stains on everything. Luckily things at least looked clean on the surface and the staff was nice and friendly.

The Absolute Worst!!
We booked a room in Columbia for the evening on the way to St Louis and when we got to the room the hallway was littered with leaves and just filthy. We went inside our room and toilet water was running, the room stunk, the tv was hanging sideways and the window was open in the room. There was no hot water and when I went to pick up dinner close by my wife called me and said that someone had tried to come into the room several times by trying to enter thru the front door! We were literally there 30 minutes and left. No refund. Nothing! Manager on duty was yelling at my wife and so we left and stayed at another hotel nearby. Absolutely terrible!

FIRE PIT
1. Guy at check in took 10 minutes to come check me in 2. Took another 30 minutes to check me in 3. Coughed and hacked all over my DL &CC with no mask on the entire time 4. FOLLOWED me to my room 5. A/C frozen solid 6. Entire hotel smell of mold 7. VERY poorly kept inside and out, gives off serial killer critters coming out the wood work vibes 8. Says SMOKE free but room and sheets reeks of smoke smell 9. At 2:30 am check in guy walking up and down hall hacking and blasting music 10. Pictures on hotels is NOT what you get! 11. Housekeeping blocked our room 12. There was toilet tissue rammed in the peep hole on the door 13. Parties right outside our door all hours of the day and night 14. There was clothing under our beds 15. Friday morning hotel on fire noone was notified and no smoke alarms 16. Saturday night hotel AGAIN on fire and still no smoke alarms no notice nothing 17. Hotel attendant was RUDE AF KEY THING HERE HOTEL CAUGHT FIRE TWICE AND NO SMOKE ALARMS NO CALLS NO NOTHING! Was told that new owners don't care that they are bull dozing it doen so just trying to make a few bucks! They allow homeless to camp out arond the hotel and lobby!
