when arrived at 2pm, (the latest ever official check in in any hotel) I was told that the check in is at 4! and not a minute earlier. stood for 15 minutes at the front desk, before anyone came to even be there. When i returned at 4:10 , I was told that "unfortunately all rooms are sold out" . Note: I was a payed -in-full-customer! Asked for the hotel manager to come and talk to me. Was given an answer, that she is out there cleaning rooms. After 30 minutes of arguments, was given a room, but when I took the elevator to the 3rd floor, I discovered, that the entire floor (the hallway) was a cocnstructioin site in progress. The room was beyond mediocre: cockroaches in the kitchen area, filthy fridge and microwave, stains on sheets.
