We booked a King rm. We had a service dog with us. We called the hotel as requested & we were told we must stay in a dog rm; 2 Queen Bds. An hr later I received a call from the hotel to say they put us back in the King we paid for, service dog was ok. This was important because hubby is a light sleeper and a quiet rm was requested. Check in was confirmed at 3p. We show up at 3p and told it would be 4P. We come back at 4.30p. Two other customers in line before us turned away because rms are not ready. Ours was ready but it was the dog rm with 2 Queen bds. We checked it out. It was quiet enough and took it, thinking the hotel was having staff shortages and we did not want to add to their issues. Our first night we were awakened through out the night starting with a very loud TV at 5p and noisy neighbors stomping, banging, slamming doors constantly only to top that off with extra loud noises at 2.30a, 4a & again at 6a. We were exhausted. The second night was better. The facility looks refurbished, clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Due to the staff's confusion about providing us the rm we paid for, the late check in and the terrible noise preventing sleep, we will not be staying again.
