The front desk staff were great The food service is the worst I have ever seen Table we’re left with you drink and no food for hours Lots of people walked out -angry
The hotel was very slow to fix any issues that came up. Had to ask two times to get ac running and a two hour wait in between. The spa was a joke. Had an appointment at 10:30 Christmas Day. The lady did not show up and they could not get ahold of her. Final let us know that it would be 230 before she would get there. We had waited on her too long at that point. They might or might not replish stuff in your room. Staff made promises they did not follow up on. Would not go back there
Great views from balcony but too many steps up to room.
Had a wonderful room overlooking the bay with a fantastic covered porch area and an area for lounging with no cover. The four poster bed was comfortable. The large shower provided plenty of room to wash off the day. It just started our trip on a high note. Too bad we didn't plan to stay longer either before or after our cruise.
We were in St. Lucia to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday and that included diving. The Beach Club was chosen specifically because there was a dive center on the property. AND the diving folks were excellent! The rooms however really need some modern updating, the pool was small and also needed updating. A hot tub would be a GREAT addition! Also, we were not aware until arrival that getting to the hotel involved a ferry ride. On the plus side, ALL of the staff was EXCELLENT, our room was kept clean, the restaurant was good and there were others in the vicinity to try, and the diving was super. We would rate this a 'do-over'!
