great place to stay where traveling through
My wife and I stayed here as we were travelling through. This is a great place to stay, especially if you are looking to do a little gambling.

I don't trust the housekeeping staff
We booked a room in the Ivory Tower. The first night there was an awful sewage smell throughout the entire 8th floor. In the night the toilet started gurgling and we started to smell the sewage smell in our room. I'm sure if we complained, they would have switched our room but I didn't want to go through the hassle. The main reason for the low rating was housekeeping tried to enter our room in the middle of the second night, even though we had our do not disturb sign up. The person tried to enter the room and we had the inside bolt in place, so she clearly had an access key card. Then she said "housekeeping" and started knocking. This was about 10 or 11 at night. I said "No, we don't need service." Then she asked "Are you checking out tonight?" Why would we be? This was so bizarre. I complained to the front desk and they said there is no reason for them to do that unless we called for something which we did not. The front desk confirmed there was no tickets in the system for our room. I will never stay at this hotel again as I do not feel my valuables are safe if we are not in our room. Apparently "Do not disturb" doesn't mean a thing to them.
