changed booking on us
This was our 10th stay at this property.good stay, except we had reserved 2rooms with king beds in each. When we arrived, they said as they had overbooked, we only could have 1 king and 1 with 2 queens. As we had no choice, we accepted ( they were full).

My family member was in town for two days. The staff went out of their way multiple times to be a help and blessing. Also I understand the room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Thanks!

overall nice
Overall it was a very nice stay. Everything we interacted with was clean and maintained. There is a no pet policy at this location which I misunderstood from the webpage. We were allowed to stay with our service dog though. My only real complaint was that in room 210 there was a sound coming from the HVAC I think that sounded like a muffled generator. Not too loud but noticed.

Nice, clean hotel
The hotel was very nice with a super good breakfast. However, there was no mention of a deposit on Hotels.com, I don’t mind paying one, I just think it should be upfront. Also, I stayed there almost 2 weeks ago and still have yet to receive my deposit back

The room was fine but the bathroom needed some improvements. The toilet didn’t feel secure and there was rust in the bathtub. The lobby definitely used to be more welcoming- fireplace on and books and even fresh baked cookies as you checked in. Certainly, the price of the room wasn’t cheap .
