Very rude older night shift lady
This place had decent reviews on Apple Maps. I don’t know why or how. The lady working the night shift was one of the most difficult communicators I’ve encountered in a long time. She was rude & sarcastic & gave zero effort to be the slightest bit nice or welcoming. Then the room was just rough. Nothing stood out as nasty but you would just have to see it for yourself. Dingy.

It was fine, the young woman that checked us in was wonderful,it makes a difference. Then later, we had went swimming, so I had looked around for a dryer, didn’t see one, so I was close to the office, so I went in to ask, and it was a different woman, she was so rude, when I asked if there was a laundry on site, and she thought I was asking a stupid question, I guess she’s never worked or had to stay in hotels.almost every hotel I stayed in, had where you can wash and dry your clothes, and for her to think that just doesn’t happen. She was just rude. Knowing your job is customer service. This was the woman in the late evening..

The young guy at the front desk was polite and did his Job. The Lobby was ok but the walk ways elevator. Were so dirty. They can use a blower and a hose. The room was the worse room I have ever walked into. The room had mold and it smell was so bad.
