The window shades would not fully close, and the shower was not properly maintained. Overall, the room did not reflect proper upkeep. There was also no staff at reception after 6 PM, which made it difficult if assistance was needed. That said, the receptionist we interacted with was very kind and helpful, and we truly appreciated her attitude.
