Customer service was great. I cannot comment on breakfast as we had to checkout at 430am to be at airport for our flight. It's only a 10 mile drive to airport. As for our room it was very dated. Sheets scratchy otherwise bed was comfortable. It was just not at the quality level of other Wingates that we have stayed at so was disappointed.

Not the best deal
First room sheets didn’t look clean Second room a bit better but hand towels had stains. Rooms need renovations. The continental breakfast was the highlight. The hallway on the third floor needed spraying not a pleasant smell.
