About Cleopatra Palace Hotel, Arona

Roman-themed resort with a spa on the beach in Tenerife

Playa de las Américas

A 16-minute drive from Tenerife Sur Airport, Cleopatra Palace Hotel sits on Playa de las Américas, a party beach lined with cafés and kiosks. Located on the southwest tip of the island, the resort is set along waters hosting activities from whale watching to scuba diving.

Safari Shopping Center

Across the street lies the Safari Shopping Center, home to designer shops, fine dining, and a popular nightlife scene. A 10-minute drive takes you to the strip of nightclubs known as Verónicas, and a 12-minute drive will let you unwind on the greens at Las Americas Golf Course.

Swimming and dining

After a free breakfast, you might hit the swimming pool, a massive Romanesque pool with columns and statues. A spa treatment could be followed by a meal at any of 4 restaurants and bars, like the Palace Buffet, which features theme dinners and international cuisine.

Balcony with views

The 431 air-conditioned guestrooms continue the resort's Roman style with color schemes of deep greens, blues and reds. You might post some pics of your trip on a balcony that offers views of the sea, pool, or surrounding mountains, or watch the satellite TV.

we were 3 couples staying in Cleopatra Palace for 11 nights its nice hotel and nice staff overall except some off the staff at breakfast wich could make people feel more welcome than they do and when the breakfast is open until 10:30 it should be open until 10:30 they start take away and close coffee machines way before the closing time and you can feel that you are not welcome there and one more thing the bar near the front desk should be open all day you cant have anything to drink or have cup of coffee except walk in front of the people wich are sunbathing in the garden thats not good but overall very good and the location is perfect:)

Excellent hotel if a little dated.
The hotel is in an amazing location right on the beach and is surrounded by lots of bars and restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful - especially the breakfast team. The public areas are very well maintained and although the rooms are clean and spacious, they are a little dated and in need of modernising. Overall a great hotel
