Good experience..not good checkout front desk
The experience was awesome until we had to the check out. My card didn't pass so I calling my bank to check on the issue.. the bank said that the transaction was accepted..the guy who who worked at the front desk stared to scream at me saying that the transaction and card didn't work and was denied. It sounded like I didn't want to pay my tax.. i kept telling him that he was unrespectful and I asked him politely to please stopped screaming at me. It was very unprofessional from his part. Everything got fixed but I got a bad flavor from his attitude. I should say . The front desk in the evening and the other staff were very friendly

Service good but first night experience was bad
The front guy assigned a room to us which shower room was broken and the entire room smelled bad. We got to switch to another room right away after complaints in the next day. I doubt they knew this room was not rentable, but still assigned to us. It was unacceptable.

Excellent location close to San Marco square and surrounding areas. Very unique feel. Small rooms but to be expected. Most staff speak decent English. Only complaint for us was the hot water is very limited.
