Exceptional 10.0
Nice hotel.
Hotel was great with some nice views of the river. Upgraded room was really huge. Only disappointment was no vending machines in the hotel at all. Came in late and no real option for cold drinks or snacks.

Exceptional 10.0
Great small hotel right on Willamette River
This is a smaller hotel with a great location on the river. It is a little difficult to get to, so pay attention to your GPS when you arrive, because if you are in the wrong lane, you may end up going someplace unexpected. The staff here is wonderful. They have a nice spa with a free workout facility. The Wifi worked well in the room and throughout the hotel. It is nice that they have King-sized beds in the double rooms. The rooms are clean with large bathrooms. There is a bar and restaurant next to the hotel that is associated with the hotel, that has decent food. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

Good 6.0
Not as expected
Went into this with high expectations. We wanted a soaking tub to use bath bombs in while away from home. The only pictures provided show a soaking tub and a shower stall however if you get the Urban 2 King room you get a small tub and shower combo. Shower curtain for tub wasn’t long enough to block water from escaping. In addition myself and two adults were placed in the biggest newest room HOWEVER it was handicap accessible with a detachable handheld shower head that doesn’t attach above waist height so was forced to hand shower self the 3 nights ( total 4 days) we stayed there. We all have long hair so extra annoying. We also discovered the advertised safe and alarm clock were missing. Then that there were no cups to use with the coffee machine and there was mascara on one of the hand towels. Overall it was a disappointment but it is quiet, mostly clean, staff are great, and easily accessed from main road. It was also easy to access any part of Portland via freeways.

Very Good 8.0
Overall good, but staff make worth it.
Staff are awesome, really primary reason hotel gets a little higher rating than I would normally give. Hotel isn't bad, but not what I expected for being a little on the pricier side. Water view is there, but too much overgrowth in area so hard to see from second floor. Nearest stores are about a mile away too, would be really convenient if hotel added a small store on site as there is nothing really close.
