The hotel was nice and comfortable but very cold in the lobby, elevator and hallways.

A place to stay
The best part of this hotel is the giant smart tv in your room. Otherwise its your basic hotel. The hotel elevators need maintenance I actually got off one because I felt unsafe. The walls are sound proof but you can hear voices up and down the hallway. I didnt use a lot of the services but my husband said the pool was fine.

Good
Not bad. Not great.
The beds were hard. The mattress covers didn't even come all the way over the mattresses. The bathroom door was sliding glass and actually had about a one and half inch opening. The cleaning staff was loud and kept parking their cart outside my door. Overall the place was okay and everyone was friendly. They put a pending charge on the card I gave them, but then finalized my bill on another card (maybe one that was previously used with Hotels.com? I don't actually know how they got the other one.) . So I have one card that was charged and another that will have the charge on it for the next four days. Not that big of a deal but shouldn't have happened that way. I wouldn't stay there again.
