The air conditioner in room never worked right even after they serviced it.

Good
Just Ok.
Hotel suites are great. However, the hotel is worn and rundown for the most part. Room carpet was not clean and the pullout couch needs to be desperately replaced. Its convenient and spacious but not sure that is enough to trump the worn down conditions of the hotel.

Good but could be better.
Hotel staff was very nice. The hotel itself is a bit dated. The rooms show they’re age. The breakfast was decent. I’ve stayed at other embassy suites where the breakfast was better. I love bacon but for some reason it tasted weird. But overall a good experience. Not sure I would stay again as you have to pay additionally for parking and a shuttle. For the extra price there are better hotels within walking distance.

Cleanliness needs improvement
Customer service was good but the rooms were not that nice. Walls were dirty,carpets were dirty, sofa bed was a nightmare! Prices for parking were a little much since we are already paying for the hotel room!

Exceptional
Quiet rooms and great breakfast.
This place is great when the price is right. Comfortable, quiet rooms, spacious enough for 4. Friendly employees. Uber is $5+ to Disneyland each way for up to 4 people. Have stayed a few times and each one was great.
