Staying at a hotel should mean being comfortable, clean, comfortable bed, silent. All of this means nothing if the temperature in the room is freezing. The room was colder than outside. No way to control the temperature, they had instructions to call the reception for temperature adjustments, so I did multiple times but no adjustments were made. Their heating system is non existent and a laugh in the face when trying to simply get a comfortable temperature. My wife got sick due to this low temperature and when I mentioned this on checkout, the woman behind me also came forward to say the same thing. Paying almost 2000kr to be uncomfortable is laughable, would have been better to stay at a hostel. Not coming back here, you need to do better.

Clean rooms with somewhat up to date facilities but as the vast majority of the hotel is under heavy renovation the common areas were very limited, noisy and fairly dirty. The overall experience was decent but it would have been nice to know that you are living on a construction site.
