Disappointing stay in nashville
My hosband and I have always liked embassy suites. We like the room lay-out and the complimentary cocktail hour and breakfast. Our visit in Nashville however, was disappointing. Hotel seemed very dated. We could hear a lot of road noise in our 5th floor room. Elevators were slow and did not accommodate for such a large occupancy. We waited 15 mins for an elevator due to a bunch of old miss fans leaving all at once. Apparently they are going to renovate. And the final straw was in the bar. My husband who is a makers mark drinker ordered a double and the bourbon was very definitely watered down. (Both taste and color) the bartender went to the back supply and brought out a ‘new bottle’ but the seal was broken and the full bottle was watered down! We were not trying to get a free drink. We actually paid for the drink! But we will not be back to this hotel! Don’t know who is in charge of the bar but someone needs to look into their practice of watering down their liquor! We did mention it it to the front desk as we were checking out. As a positive, the front desk people and bartender were very nice. We have cancelled our reservation for an upcoming trip in August (4 rooms,2 nights)

Quick Family getaway
My stay was ok, but the hotel needs to work on the restaurant staff and menu. It would have been nice to know that I had to pay for parking up front, guess I missed the fine print.

NOT Great
Delayed check-in due to employee not entering my card correctly twice. Hotel was clean but under major renovation. The bed was very uncomfortable. The 3rd floor elevator (access to parking garage) was constantly blocked by construction supplies. Had to climb around large buckets in middle of floor. FIRE HAZARD! Local area was great if you're looking to get drunk. Restaurant in hotel was not good. Breakfast buffet was BEST part of the stay. NO Pool. Definitely will NOT stay there again.

Consistently Great
Great stay once again. The only thing that was a bit overlooked on the Hotels end is the managers reception. One cocktail server for an entire hotel? It’s a constant though. Other than that, great place to stay.
