Nice room, poor circumstances
The room was great, but there was an incident with a potential theft from our room. The situation was passed to management, so we'll see what becomes of it.

Very Good8.0
Great hotel in a great location. Lots of shopping and scenery within walking distance. Our only dislike was the mattress. It was very soft and “worn in” which isn’t our preference but others may find it more comfortable.

Maid barged into our room to use OUR freezer
She barged into our room at 9 in the morning shoveling ice cream into her face. I told her not to come in, she pushed right past me speaking a language I don’t speak, and put a box of her food in the freezer... I don’t know what else to say. It was inprofessional and just downright creepy. The room was great, everything else was uncomfortable, crowded, and not worth the money we saved to get a one bedroom.

The venue was nice but the service and customer experience was horrible. Alexis the assistant manager had no intention of making the customer experience of any importance what so ever. The place was great but I’d rather pay a motel 6 my $ but at least I know what I get and should expect.
