Comfortable and great location.
The hotel is very well located between la Castellana and Serrano. The entrance is on a small side street and you have to walk up stairs to get to the lobby - which could be a drawback for some. The hotel is in good condition and appears to have been renovated but I would exactly consider it to be a 4-star hotel as advertised. Our room was small, but the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately our room had an interior window which looked out into a small, ugly interior patio. We couldn't even see the sky to know what the weather was like. Also the bathroom was really small and the sink had barely any counter space to rest a cosmetic bag on. We asked to change rooms but would have had to wait a few hours for another room to become available and we had just flown in on a transatlantic flight, so we chose to stay. Overall, if the price was right at the time, I'd probably stay there again because of the location. I would just make sure that I got a window that looked out on the street.

It was a great stay, with a fair price. Room was not to big and not modern, but it was a great choice, it was clean, had everything you could need and you're in Serrano.
