Horrible staff, nice room and manager
When we arrived at the hotel the clerk was distracted & playing around with someone on the phone. Before handing us our room keys she ran to the back laughing & joking to the manager about their staffing person on the call. We stood there for a few minutes waiting for her to return. When she did not, I asked the other clerk for my keys. While my tone may have been abrupt, she saw the other lady leave & saw us just standing there. She gave us our keys & an attitude. Then, we were scheduled to leave on Sunday & check out is @ noon. At approximately 10am I heard someone knock on a door but thought it was the neighbors door since I had a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on our door & the knock was not loud. Thankfully I had the safety lock engaged because seconds later, our door is thrust open, someone is shaking the door, hard & loud. I yelled that we were still in the room & in bed. A voice said "Ugh, I thought you already checked out". I found this shocking since we had not checked out & it was 2 hours before check out time. I spoke with the manager, Terry, & she assured me that she would address these issues with her staff. She did offer to refund me for my stay but I refused since the room did meet our expectations. I did explain that the staffing issues would cause me to not return though. Terry apologized & assured that she would address. She asked if she could send me a certificate for a free night so that I would give them another try. I did accept & may use it.

Staff was super friendly. Hotel is being remodeled so it was a bit of a mess but understandable. Shower in 313 is very hard to turn on/off. Parking spaces are tight for full size vehicles. WiFi dropped constantly.

Travels
A quality stay at a quality hotel. They excel at their job. Breakfast offerings were top quality, especially the fruit. Everyone was friendly and smiling throughout our stay. It is a very clean place and the rooms were nicely sized. I enjoyed the coffee and hot water offerings at the end of a travel day.
