Uh…
Hotel hasn’t been renovated in years…maybe decades. Didn’t realize until 6am that we only had 2 towels in bathroom. Family of 4 in room. Called housekeeping… they don’t open until 8am. Called front desk and they had me come down. No apology at all. Most hotels stock towels for 4 when booking asks for the # of adults/children and ages of children.

Meh
Unfortunately, our room was just ok. The sheets were clean, but the sides of the mattresses were stained. The tops of the bed frames were coated in dust that was obvious to see. The bathroom was also not cleaned all the way. There were soap marks from the previous guest in the shower, along with stained towels. We were also not told where to go to our rooms after we checked in. Although, we were being friendly with the hostess, she did not interact with us and only said can I have your ID and credit card. She is the first person that sees the guests when they check in, so a little more customer service could go a long way.
