Hampton Inn & Suites Aurora, Aurora
Our room wasnt updated like our friends who stayed on floor 2. We felt like our room was equivalent to a super 8 room. Yet we still had to pay the same price for a room that was in beat up condition. Really disappointed.

Nice people, nice location, nice hotel
The people at the hotel are extremely friendly. Wilda was the best. She was very friendly, helpful, professional, and efficient at check in. Always greeted us when we passed later in our stay. Made us feel very welcome. Convenient location-places to eat, shopping, and the highway all close by. Rooms were comfortable and the amenities were nice.

Great Stay
The pool was incredible. Very friendly and helpful hostess. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. The room was extremely comfortable. I would bring my family back for another stay if needed.

Super clean, very friendly!
Very, very clean! I got the impression that either the hotel was fairly new or recently remodeled, but this was beyond simply being new, this place was scrubbed! Also, since I was there on business and unfamiliar with the area, I wanted a recommendation for dinner. The staff was beyond helpful, giving me multiple options, going over the recommendations of past guests and even the reason for the recommendation. And, I gotta say, having hot soup available in the evening is a really nice touch.

Very Good8.0
It's the little things.
This is a fairly new property, and a bit difficult to find. The rooms are contemporary and have their good and not-so-good points. First, the climate control made the room cold on one end and normal on the other. It was difficult to find a good balance. There was limited drawer space for clothing and personal items, and nowhere to hang toiletry kits in the bathroom. The toilets are a low-flow design that makes a loud ka-whoosh that's sure to wake up everyone at night. On the plus side, the local area feels safe and there are a number of places to eat, drink, walk and see nearby. The staff at the hotel was personable and responsive to our needs. Breakfast was better than many hotel "free" breakfasts and there was ample variety. All in all our stay was good, but there seemed to be little details left out of the rooms' design that could make this a better hotel.
