Very Good 8.4 From 430 reviews
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service was good and the bartenders were super fun. My room didn't get cleaned two out of the fie days I was there, though. One day I returned at 4 to find it hadn't been cleaned so put up the Do Not Disturb sign, the next day I arrived back at 5 to find the room was only partially cleaned...the bed spread was on the chair, I had some coffee but no cream, and the clean towels looked like they had literally been thrown into the towel holder. It is about a 15 minute train ride from Centraal and then another 8-9 minutes to walk from the Metro to the hotel. There is also nothing in the immediate area, but if you walk over the bridge to the right from the hotel for about 15 minutes there are some restaurants and shops I'd stay there again, the price and location were good.
We were a group of 8 and we all enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Great customer service. Rooms are clean. Walking distance to 2 Metro stations.
The hotel was far from the tren station and the breakfast very expense and bad
Very clean. I liked the layout of the Room. And the staff was very friendly.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very convenient to the metro to the city center.
Professional and helpful staff Very clean hotel
The hotel was perfect but the area was too far from the city center, and the walk to the metro, although relatively short, was through some desolated, uninhabited areas. I wouldn’t have felt safe on my own, at night.
The location was convenient to train travel, river shuttle and motorway. The rooms were well fitted and the bathroom exceptional.
Nice hotel overall. Spa offering also nice but co-ed FYI. Steam room, sauna room, small Turkish bath. Small gym but has everything u need. Lockers/shower and resting area included. Service, Bar and restaurant also nice. Decent food. Cost to town by Uber $10-12 euros. By taxi $30 euros. Uber’s very safe here they are registered unlike in the states. Parking $25 euros My biggest is the lack of air conditioning in the room - and the fact the windows don’t open - made it unbearable to sleep. So unbearably hot we were about to sleep in the hallway, lobby, outside.. but they managed to find us a plug in fan which helped tremendously. Would not return here unless a fan was guaranteed upon arrival. Why does germany hate air conditioning so much? Lol for the cost of this hotel we should be able to rest comfortably.
One of the best hotels in Amsterdam. The staff was the friendliest people I've ever dealt with. I will be coming back since I felt like at home. Thumbs Up!!!!
