Avoid this hotel if you want a good nights sleep
i stayed in a triple room for 4 nights and the amenties were not up to standard or as promised. There was no aircon, at all. We complained about it 3 times. They offered a fan, that never showed up. The stories were different everytime we spoke to someone. One person said it was broken. One person said you dont turn in on in these months. Another said the hotel selects the temperature for all rooms and they/we cant modify it. Aparrantly they make it hot because people complain its too cold. What about the people who couldnt sleep because it was so hot? We were all sweating and felt like we couldnt breath because it was so hot. You can barely open the windows either to let in any air. One staff member said that multiple people were making the same complaint and management wont do anything unless you put in a formal complaint. So we did. 3 weeks ago. We have not heard back. We asked to be compensated because they room was not as promised. Nothing. Worst service ive ever received. So if you are planning on staying here and you encounter any problems expect no help. They also only provided us with one key between three people. We asked for more and they said no, if you need to get in come to the counter and we can let you in. So one night we did separate things, i went to the counter and asked for help to get in and the girl was so rude and yelled at me and said that if we lose the key we need to pay 100euro even though we hadnt lost it. So be careful of the fee too.

2,000 Euro dress went missing in the hotel
I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights from June 8-11 for a business trip in Munich, during my stay, I purchased 2 Prada dresses that worth 2,000 Euro and hang them in the closet just so it won't get wrinkly. I checked out of the hotel on June 11, on June 12, I realised that I forgot to take the dresses out from the closet when I left the hotel, so I called the front desk. At first, the hotel said the cleaning crew never seen any dresses, I told them it's impossible as they are definitely there and insisted they should double check; 1 hour of waiting and 3rd international calls later, they finally told me they have found my dresses "magically" and promised that they would send it back to Singapore if I would authorise 50 euro for the shipping fee, I said no problem. I sent back the credit card authorisation form on the day itself, in the same email I sent back, I requested them to email back the tracking number. Now it has been 10 days, nobody in the hotel has ever sent me any tracking number, whenever I called them, they told me oh yes the dresses have been shipped out but the colleague in charge is not in today, please call back tomorrow. I have been calling them every single day and there was even once, the girl who was in charge got my call and promised she would send me the tracking number, but as of now, absolutely nothing was received. Not my dress, not the tracking number. This is a horrible experience. Do not lose anything in the hotel as they will be gone forever.

first of all i stayed from 23 June until 27 June 2019 in exactly 12;30 pm after check in i went to my room and i noticed that there's an opened bottle of water inside the mini fridge and it's not full, the hotel want to charge my for that bottle but i refused to pay for it because i didn't drink from it and i did't opened it the lady in reception told me "Are you sure?" so you can deal and talk to the cleaners to don't mess with the guests, also my room was in (429) in 4th floor, the problem is the room was too old and i don't think they or something, in the problem is there's something between the cleaners that they want me to pay 3.00 Euro for that old opened bottle of water (for the guests that might be checked out before i came to my room). the door of my room is not looks like it's closed!! cleaners are talking to each other at 6:15 am!! and talking to the guests from Africa i don't know whats the real problem if they just could finish their work silently without making noises! if i closed it i can hear they are talking too loud!! no respect for the guests even if they are sleeping!! even if they are in their first day (at 1 pm when i saw the opened bottle they didn't removed it they just kept it inside the mini fridge after that in check out date the reception wants me to pay for that bottle! all of this happened in 4 days it's worst experience i have ever had since 1990s when i was traveling !! it's just because i paid with Expedia points worth $350 off??

Appalling hotel
Our stay at this hotel began on a bad note when we tried to check-in. Apparently the hotel messed up our reservation and a triple room was not available for us when we checked in at 2.15pm. We waited for 40 minutes in the lobby while they scrambled to set up a foldable bed in a double room. Service was appalling as there was no explanation or apology for the long wait and they only informed about the mistake when I asked at the counter repeatedly. The nightmare continues when we found out that the room was very small and not equipped for 3 people, for example there were 2 cups and glasses available. I called housekeeping to bring an extra cup but we waited for 4 hours and there was cup given. I called the reception again and they informed me that the hotel had no cups available but the kind lady at the reception brought a cup up from the bar. Appalling standards at this hotel and it's only saving grace is its proximity to the train station and nothing else.

Not recommended Hotel
K+K Hotel am Harras Hotel condition - bad smell without fresh air Air Condition - was not working during my 3 days of my staying, the hotel won't let me open the window due to their policy for some reason. We were boiled in the very hot room! I asked for additional towel and requested to come down to the lobby to pick it up, never happened to me in my life. The picture of the room I booked through Hotel.com had an additional sofa "executive" room as described and I booked it. eventually it didn't have any sofa and they gave me a basic room although I paid for the executive. The staff didn't care about it and told me to solve the problem with Hotel.com, which I did and still try to receive my decent compensation, nothing more than price deference. Not recommended at all, on your own risk, I think there are much better alternatives in Munich.
