work on the burocracy and improve neighborhood
I am a senior user of the app and stayed previous times at this hotel, because it is close to the airport and provide transfers . It took a little bit of time to find my reservation and according to the attendant my name was spelled incorrectly ( I don’t image why, because I signed in through the app). In addition, requested the filling of additional form with my information.
